    I think it took like 3-4 months for my replacement RDTA box. i kept getting the same info. never got a tracking number or anything until 3 months in or so. Personally I find it easier going through the place of purchase then the manufacturer unless it's an evolv or hohmtech device

    Sadly very true. it's why TC isn't more popular. FWIW many more affordable options work well like the aspire, smoant, hohmtech etc mods. all do a good temp control. FSK, SX mini, and DNA are the 3 best though
