    Official ProVari 3 Thread - P3 *PART 2*

    Besides adding new features, the only issue I'd like to see fixed is the flickering screen problem that v38 introduced. I don't imagine they'll do any more power bumps, since the P3 can take an 18350. Are there any other issues to be fixed? Maybe the Radius will have some features that can be...

    I was going to say the same thing! Yep, it's for when you're running low on power, spin the wheels to tickle the hamster.

    I was going to comment, but you beat me to it. I was going to say it's probably an INR cell, considering those are the safest chemistry available right now, and ProVape are all about safety, and I would have been right. :)

    LOL - Fugly! He likely won't be producing them, since he foolishly sent his plans to China, and the clones will beat the authentic to market. Live and learn.

    That's probably the wholesale price, not MSRP. Seriously doubt we'd see a ProVape product that cheap. EDIT: Just read Vape360's post - MSRP $199.95. Since I'm not a reseller, I don't know what margins are typical for ProVape products, so $170 wholesale is just a guess on my part.

    That's a common misconception. The "R" in ICR/IMR/INR/etc. means "round" (there's also "F" for flat).

    You know, I think I know what it might be: The ability to choose the LED color for the low battery indicator, and/or the ability to set the low battery indicator percentage, including OFF. Probably the #1 requested LED feature. We'll see...

    Sounds defective. The P3 should just work, regardless of whether the battery is dead or not.

    I wish I had a Ferrari in the garage. No, my garage doesn't even have a car in it - it's storage :P I thought the analogy was perfect. Yes, the Radius will outperform the P3 with a Kayfun on it. Think faster ramp-up time with boost, and of course should you ever exceed 15W with boost, or...

    18 = 18mm diameter 49 = 49mm high 50 = 50mm high 0 = Lithium chemistry So no, 18490 and 18500 are not the same size, by 1mm.

    I wonder what the "more" could be? I did make a suggestion a long time ago that they do something clever like make a holiday mode, where the LED would cycle through red/white/blue on the 4th of July (requires a country code to be set, as well as date/time), red/green at Christmas, etc. as...

    SXmini M Class (TEMP CONTROL)

    They haven't even released the full specs yet (that will happen Tuesday). So far we know its' a single 18650, "more than 30W" (most believe 35-40W), and does not have TC (but implied it may be coming with a firmware update). By itself, that covers 90% of the vaping world - we're the exception...

    Yep. I hate changing the battery, and I'm one of those people who never had a problem with the USB port on my S-class, and don't expect to have one on my M-class either. But, if I do, I'm comfortable with electronics repair, so not a big deal.

    It's always possible they're developing something new, but they call it "temperature guessing" because that's really what it is. No TC mod is measuring temperature, they're measuring initial resistance, change in resistance, applying a material curve (nickel, titanium, etc.), and calculating...

    You do change the battery on occasion though, right? :) Every color cycles when you install a new battery.
