Best Short RTA
A modified top cap or drip tip by Steam Tuners brings the overall height of Kayfun V4 down to about 57mm. You can get a K4 clone in black, but not a drip tip. You can also nano a K4, but it looks a bit of a hassle, and I don't know the final height. -

If Lemo 2 is the same as Lemo drop to build it is simple. But I don't think it offers access to the build deck on demand. So if you put a bad build in it, you need to dump a tank of juice to rectify it. -

It falls into the "anything made by Youde" category. Anyways - a beginner wants single coil. Hard enough getting one coil right, let alone a perfectly matching pair. -

The Goblin is a dreadful beginner tank. A beginner wants to make a scruffy single coil, thread any old wick through it, and it vapes without build dependent leaks. And why does a beginner want over 45W? KISS. -

My first RTA in January was a Kayfun V4. I bought an authentic and a clone. The authentic was perfect and expensive. The clone had problems which I found really confusing. The K4 is good for a beginner cos of ease of access to the deck and tool less top filling. Access to the deck is crucial... -

If the leak is down to #16, then replacing with the same size won't help. An occasional problem across all clones is #16 sitting too deep in its groove. (The groove is too deep). Replacing oversized - 12 x 1.5 - tends to sort it. -

Sounds like clone problems rather than atty problems. Is it rattly in the base and the base wobbles a bit? Strip the base and make sure #9 is properly tight. If tightening #9 makes the juice control too tight, refer to this post of mine: Kayfun v4 drifting resistance? | E-Cigarette Forum... -

If it's not leaking and juice control functions efficiently then yes, that's probably as good as it gets. A clone that is functioning properly is on a par with the authentic. What is lacking for you? -

Attack of the (Kayfun v4) Clones!
My understanding is that PEEK is a beige colour. Tobeco 4S Kit insulator is a very similar beige to auth kit. Hot cig is white. Hotcig centre post for their "4S Kit" is a stock centre post, even having threading for afc screw. FT no longer stock it, tho I still see it on Ebay sometimes. Tobeco... -
Where can I find the actual "mod" part for a Vamo w/out battery?
FastTech has loads of vamos to choose from, inc a control head for a vamo 4S - but that looks to be a different fitting than the one in your photos. The top connection does seem to be a problem with vamos across the board, so you might get another that ends up the same. It might be worth...- doofy666
