    I'm wondering if your simply vaping too much? Maybe try a salt nic version to cut back. The rule of thumb the manufacturers use is 10 puffs equal one cigarette. How does the amount you vape compare to the amount you used to smoke?

    Juuls run at a very low wattage - 6.5 to 9 watts. They are also very small and lightweight. So far, I haven't found a device that isn't overwhelming with its strength or as comfortable. Refilling the pods at least once does help, but its still darn expensive.

    You might want to google "how to refill Juul pods" and give it a try. It's pretty easy to refill a normal pod. I've heard some people say they refill one five or six times. I usually refill once using a NET, thinking even a single refill cuts the cost of the pods in half.
