Funny. As soon as something is not federaly regulated ie e-juice, it's always some nasty guy cooking stuff in his bathtub or in a dark dirty basement somewhere, selling it to the crowd with no conscience.
There are MANY manufacturers out there making their juice with PRIDE & HONOUR perfectly...
IMO a clone have no markings/brand names but is built like the original. A counterfeit carries the markings/brand name. So you are right. I have no concerns buying a clone, but a counterfeit is just embarrassing...
It's already happening.... from maj 2014 - maj 2016 all member states must have adjusted to the new regulation ie selling out existing stock, make it work in national laws etc...
Here in europe "they" have done their lobbying pretty good. From maj this year the regulation in EU will be: Max 20mg/ml. Max 10ml bottles. Max 2ml tanks (import prohibited). No nicotine sales for DIY juice (import prohibited). The equipment MUST be able to deliver a 100% consistent nic dosage...
