That's correct, the v-deck has been improved by Steam Crave due to feedback from consumers. :) The customer service offered by them is top notch. They are willing to listen to consumer and make attempts to improve their product where feasible. -

It's a tip from someone and it works beautifully. Rayon absorbs/delivers faster than cotton and cotton stores/retain liquid better...so to have rayon deliver the liquid to the cotton...it just works. .lol -
