    Mixing isn't usually done by drops, for reasons mentioned by Hawise, inconsistency of drop sizes. And, I agree that 3-drops in 30ml is going to result in a very low nicotine vape, almost zero nic. There are online mixing calculators that may help you. e liquid mixing calculator at DuckDuckGo...
