    First of all its arching. you probably do not have a solid connection between the switch battery and 510. second .1 is really wayyyy too low and is also attributing to your hot switch. Keep your build closer to .3 Make sure you have no battery rattle when it is installed in there.

    Your obviously in temp mode so the resistance you see is not the true resistance you are vaping the resistance will increase as it is heated. So you are not technically drawing amperage you may be calculating as if you were in power mode.

    I knocked my ipv4 off of my tool box at work with is 3 1/2 feet high onto concrete/tile floor. picked it up, dusted it off gave it a look over, pulled batteries hadnt shifted, no heat. put em in and went and vaped to relieve the anxiety. not a scratch on it.
