    I don't know about safe cigs. However, in terms of juices, as long as you have a cartridge or cartomizer on your ecig you will be able to refill with whichever juice you like. :)

    Just know that some are not able to quit right away, so don't give up even if you smoke some analogs for a while at first. Not everyone can be as lucky as me to be able to give them up right away :)

I am sure there are other online vendors that take money orders, too. You would just have to check on their websites.
