I started PT Wednesday and he gave me several exercises to do daily. I thought it would be more stretches but mostly it’s exercises to strengthen core. He gave me a resistance band to use for some of them.
I stopped yesterday at a Quiktrip station and asked for 5 cans of mint. It was all they had left. They discount it the more you buy. I ended up getting it for about $6 a can with tax.

Well my plan was to mow this morning and work outside but we had a thunderstorm this morning. The weather forecast is about useless any more. There was little to no chance of rain today yet we got a bunch.
Good evening shiny people. No review to work on this weekend. I couldn’t find anything I really wanted to review for Sourcemore so just picked the Xros 5 thinking I could use it in rotation at work with my Xros pros.
