    Did you boil the cotton balls? I get a lot more cotton taste from unboiled organic cotton balls, so that's one thing you could try. Also, the unflavored won't do a good job of masking the cotton taste.

    I have always attributed the discolored cotton to gunk from the coil traveling with some of the juice. I don't have proof, but I can tell you my cotton is not burnt and I rarely get a dry hit. Gunked coils and gunked wicks happen regardless of wick/setup, so I can only assume it is coming from...

    Pretty well actually, flavor is good and it produces a surprising amount of vapor for a single coil. If I let it sit for a second between vapes, it makes a massive pop and then starts firing. Lol. It's kinda weird.

    I'm using sterile rolled cotton from CVS. I roll my wicks with two fingers and then insert it through the coil, leaving one side unrolled. Then I trim and add juice. Then I always go through at least 6-12 drops of liquid before actually vaping on the new cotton.

    I've been running 0.4 ohm dual coils on one of my drippers lately. I love the amount of vapor it produces, but it uses a TON of juice. I went from using maybe a 1/4 of a bottle in a day running 0.8-1.0 ohm dual coils to using 1/3-1/2 a bottle in a day. It gets expensive. Lol.
