The Xtar SV2 Rocket lives up to its name - a damn fast charger. I also like the way that the channels are independent of each other and the way that it can "restart" overdischarged batteries. Nice. :)

Ordered a new charger from Fogstar today. It has been a bad day. George the cat has gone awol - since 22.30 hrs Thurs - and the mrs and me have been walking the lanes looking for him. Knocking on doors, talking to neighbours (always good), looking over walls. He has not eaten his food for at...

Councils can be "funny" like that. Ours simply refused to take our garden waste - our lane is "too narrow". Our recycling had to go in a tiny box. We wrangled with them for over a year, and now we are "allowed" to take them to a different road for collection every other week . "Them" are...

A long, long time ago I had a prototype of the Mako and then got a Megalodon. I enjoyed them but much prefer regulated mods these days.

Tootle Puffers, Part Three! (The Sequel of the Redux)

Well - I'm currently vaping on an Aspire NX100 with a Nautilus 2 on top. This contains a bog-standard Nautilus Mini 1.8 ohm doo-dah and Vapegoo Bongo Juice. I vape it at 8.7 watts. That makes me a tootle-puffer of the old school, I hope (especially because when I'm out and about I use one of...

I joined this site and started vaping back in 2008. Rumours of my death are somewhat exaggerated.

Istick Picos are very good mods and FT lists dozens of them. Cheap and reliable. The battery chemistry is as good as the 18650 you shove in it. Or have a look in the horse's mouth: E-cig Mods & High Performance Batteries | Eleaf UK I think that your "guy at your local B&M" may be in error -...

I'm liking mine more and more. I have changed the Aspire logo to my Christian name - which was a bit of fun! It seems to regulate the power very well - an 18650 lasts at least a day of constant vaping on 4.2 volts.
