I think it is probably always there but not usually seen. The codes probably deal with the way text is displayed, but are not being interpreted by software. Some sort of error that is probably easily fixed by the forum web boffins. :) -

I'm sorry to hear that - sounds nasty. Are these coils specifically made for the Nautilus 2? I use Nautilus Mini BVC coils in my Nautilus 2 without issue. Similarly I always screw the coils into the base. The top then shields fingers from the coil when you screw the top down. -
