    I couldn't get mine off when I got it so I had to get a friend to do it for me. But I took an emery board and lightly filed the hook part of the latch. Just be careful because I did it a little too much and it's looser than I would like and now I'm trying to figure out a way to make it tighter. :(

    I watched the competitor's video on the ViVi Nova and was really upset that he slapped his dog while making that video and didn't act like anything was wrong with that!! I dislike the guy anyway and to me that just made him look even worse!
