Happy birthday @JCinFLA I hope your day is a great one, and you're up to whatever you desire. Bought a shelving unit at HD today. Truly it's a behemoth. 7.5' H x 7.5' W x 2' D and weighs about 200 lbs. Another instance for me not realizing actual scale of something until it's in front of me. I...

Hello, fellow mixers. How do you do? Rewicked a doggy desperately in need of rewicking, and loaded it up with strawberry biscotto. I think this may be my favorite of yours @FranC

The huge downside is shipping.. but if you sign up for their + subscription trial one month free to get free shipping on eligible items, then it's $99/month, and then cancel after you make your order.. you'll get free shipping. I'd just make a huuuuuuuuge order to make it most worthwhile, and...

WebstaurantStore: Restaurant Supplies & Foodservice Equipment I'm sure there are other good sources, this is just one I've found that seems to have decent prices.

Good morning. "Slept in" and grocery shopped. Mission accomplished. I found a nifty website to buy food stuffs in bulk that is geared towards restaurants, but is open for home use. I'm planning on getting containers and a heavy duty shelving unit(s), so that I'll have my own personal co-op. Who...

65 inches, seems plenty big to me. I have a 49 inch down south, but only a 32 inch here. A big difference from 32 to 65. It's like having our own personal movie theater.

Thanks! For our upcoming 10 year anniversary we wanted to go spend our money to go somewhere, such as Italy... but that's certainly out of the question at the moment. So now I guess we'll have to watch videos of Italy in 4K instead.

Good afternoon :) had some "fun" out on the water, but it was a shorter day. My TV came early.. I just set it up, and man this thing is freaking huuuuuge. It's one thing seeing numbers/dimensions on paper or screen, it's another when it's there in person.

@DLKnives if you have a PC, you can get quite a few new and old FF games on steam. My favorite of all time is FF9. I could play that one forever.

Not as much as we had hoped/expected, but not bad. 6,200 lbs. Exponentially better than the last couple of Sundays of 250 lbs and 1100 lbs. Fish don't work or swim on Sundays.. sleeping off the Saturday night parties.

Not today.. a very short work day of just 2.5 hours on shore. A very nice and welcome reprieve from the onslaught of 14-15+ hour days. Tomorrow will be about the same, and then back to sheer insanity. I hope your day was good too

Well taste is definitely subjective, but I (we) really think so. It was worth the money.. the only downside is that the filters are hard to come by currently, so I bought a metal filter for when I run out. I tested that one out, and the coffee is more like French press coffee but still great. I...

A pour over coffee maker, just have to manually pour the water over rather than pressing a button. The glass + chemex filters = great coffee

Good morning :) I have a cuisinart too, but also have a French press, and a chemex. The fandangled cuisinart is down south, so up north we do things the old fashioned way. I kinda wish it was the opposite. A French press or chemex might be a bit more work and less convenient, but they're pretty...
