    Does anyone here use a torch to heat up their coils when building? I've seen several that sit on top of the canister and seem to just work nicely. I've always used a torch lighter that just went south on me so I'm in the market for a replacement...what have you guys had success with and what...

    Sounds like the down button may be sticking or shorting somewhere... I'd take out the batteries and follow the wires coming from the down button to make sure they aren't crossed or touching the case... You could also try pushing the down button repeatedly or spraying it with a can of air in case...

    Stay safe! I hear the safest place in your house to go is under a door frame but I have very limited experience with earthquakes. On my Kayfun I like to run 1-1.5 ohm coil on my kf using 26-30 g wire.

    Also to see how many amps you need plug in the resistance and voltage to an ohms law calculator and see how many amps it says... If your batteries are rated for less than the calculation you could run in to trouble.

    I couldn't have said it better myself! I have sent the Plasma Tank off for review so videos are coming soon. I prefer the KF Lite since it has a lower profile base and because the bottom fill is nicer IMO. The Plasma Tank will work just fine with the 3.1 as well though, and if you turn the...
