    New here :)

Welcome to ECF. Guess there isn't a question that can't be answered on this site. Good group of people here. Keep on vaping!

The things you are most grateful for being tobacco free

So far I can't say anything about saving money, but I haven't spent more either, I don't think....well maybe... It's been nearly 3 months for me, and I was a heavy smoker. I like no ashes and mess. I like no more yellow walls. I like not coughing my brains out. I like my wife (non-smoker)...

Watts, Volts and a 1.8 ohm atty

I didn't word it properly I guess, in my previous post. I seem to be all over the chart on my watts when Vaping. Some times I'm at 6.8 and other times I crank it up to 14 watts. Same juice, same everything....is thus a common thing or am I nuts? What's your favorite setting on your VW/VV...

    Nautilus Mini Again, Another Question

Didn't even notice that I got the 2 different coils. If so, guess I answered my own question. Thank you

    Ugh...ignorant people

Ya, that's about what I said. This guy, retired electrician supposedly said I was vaping over 4 amps...really? At 6.7 watts and 3.6 volts = 1.8 amps. Shows the ignorance we vaper's face. Like I tried to explain...I'm simply vaporizing liquid...healthy liquid. What an idiot!

    Nautilus Mini Again, Another Question

So if I understand correctly, it would just be a slight modification in wattage to get the same vape, right?

    Nautilus Mini Again, Another Question

I looked in the archives and didn't find my answer. With the Aspire Mini BVC I have the option of a 1.6 or 1.8 ohm coil, which is the best and why? Kinda a newbee so forgive such a simple question.

    Ugh...ignorant people

I was one of the last 2 smokers in my American Legion Honor Guard (group of 27) and the non smokers we're on me to quit. When i had a stroke, I went almost flawlessly into vaping. 3 months smoke free, but not without comments from my Honor Guard Brothers. "You know, they're just as bad" "Do...

    new to this ECF...Allergic Reaction?

I too have researched cinnamon flavors, and there seems to be conflicting info about it. A couple to read is the "Disclaimers" found at Mt Baker Vapor under their "Cin City E Juice" Rather alarming, but conflicting info. Hope you get it straightened out. I would find a different favorite...

    Possible fix for Nautilus Mini

I don't doubt that it can be done, but I was under the impression that the mini had a ceramic wick. I'm assuming you are using the BVC version. The only time I ever run dry is when I'm not paying attention and suck it dry...only happened once, and NEVER again..yuck!

    Remember the smokers

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make 'em drink. My vaping experience is about the same, but we all have to remember back when we smoked analogs how we felt when someone tried to step on our rights...I mean...just sayin'...

I'm starting to think my cats are enjoying a hit or two..

    Case of Vanishing E-Juice

Ok, am I gong nuts or what? Last night before going to bed I refilled my Nautilus Mini with my ADV juice and went to bed. This morning I got up and nearly a quarter of a ml. is gone. This seems to happen all the time but this time I intentionally filled it just to see if I'm going nuts...

    creamy flavors vs fruity

Taste being subjective, you'll find that many people vaping have a preferred vendor/flavor/mix for a all day vape (ADV). It's good to switch back and forth from flavors and watts to keep thing fresh. I wouldn't worry about blowing massive amounts of vape as the cloud chasers do if you are...

So far how much +/- did you spent on vaping?

Ya, just the other day, my wife asked as I'm waiting for more juice thru the mail and having just opened a box full of Aspire Clearos for my sometimes juice, how I'm faring cost wise. I started vaping in Nov 2014 with a starter setup then moved to iStick 20 then 30, and a three Nautilus Minis...

The "Well its gotta be bad for you!" Mentality

Not to beat a horse to death, but a friend of mine had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago. They gave him an option to quit smoking or died...Having said that, there was a therapist that came in to talk to him about quitting cigs. Patches, gum etc. was suggested. He asked about vaping and he...

    Another newbie

Welcome to ECF. I too spent more on vaping supplies in the beginning (nearly 3 months ago) searching for MY perfect set-up. I too vape more than I smoked, but I'm at 6mg of nicotine. Finding the right set-up and the right juice is crazy, but worth the effort (and cost)!! I was at 2 1/2 packs...

    I'm a newb with a Q

I'm gonna give you credit for knowing how to adjust the airflow...that being said, and with a blizzard outside, you're likely not going to like what I have to say...It"s defective. I've got 5 of these tanks with no issues, but I can tell you that I found, who knows where, a video on someone...

What's next for e-leaf and the iStick?

I am delighted to say that I have finally found the all elusive silicone sleeves for the iStick 20/30 at Sweet Vapes. They are $3,95 in four different colors, just like the sticks. Looks like they cover the entire battery and should keep them in your hand....this from a iStick lover.
