    That is a problem that usually has more to do with the PV than the cartomizer. Some PV's are notorius for having the contact pin not high enough, or too high. One that's too high simply pushes the center pin of the carto higher. It's fine but then the carto won't function on a different PV...

    The hardest part about slowing down and getting caught up is starting back up at full speed. LOL Luckily I do have someone who's going to be doing some piece work for me starting next week. That should help quite a bit.

    I'm located in Texas. If you really don't like polyfill cartomizers, you're pretty limited on what you're able to vape with. Basically, wick style tanks and atomizers. I would hazard a guess that you've just never had a good experience with a cartomizer though.

    It's most likely the cartomizer. You didn't say how long you've been using it, but cartos do tend to flood more often when they start to go bad. It could also be the size of the punched hole or the pg/vg ratio you use. If you have a tank that isn't properly sealed (leaking air into the tank)...
