Boxer Mod 200W with Evolv DNA200 Temperature Control

I've had zero problems with GV. They always respond to my emails, often within minutes of sending them. There shipping time has been quite reasonable and often above what I asked for (e.g., they shipped my Smok TCT and coils by priority in advance of my Boxer pre-order, even though I didn't...

Boxer Mod 200W with Evolv DNA200 Temperature Control

The "Boxer inspired" thread, besides being a bad clone (you can read on shape ways how the buttons don't work), probably violated ECF rules about being an unregistered seller. To keep the forum from being inundated with spam, anyone selling vape-related merchandise must register as a vendor and...

Boxer Mod Dual 18650 Yihi 350J

I have a black plastic Boxer, it's still pretty much black. Durability is fine, thought it can be scratched or marred from rubbing. Maybe if you leave it out under the sun, that might lead to fading.

    SXmini M Class (TEMP CONTROL)

The only advantage I find in Titanium is that it's easier to make dual coils without issues. Otherwise, I prefer the ease of making single coils using nickel.

After sx 250W q chip, Evolv is going to release it's DNA 400T chip, which requires a 5S LiPo and comes with a special adapter to make toast. Then all the Evolv fanboys will talk about how awesome their shoebox-sized mods are while knocking YiHi because it can't make a crappy toasted cheese...

Contact coils can work, it's just since there isn't an oxide layer with nickel one has to be a lot more careful to ensure that there isn't uneven heating due to gaps in the coil. Also worth noting, if one builds with cotton rather than Qorax's rayon, I've found that shoulders as fluffy as Qorax...

    SXmini M Class (TEMP CONTROL)

Sounds more like issues with the Lemo 2 than the SXM to me. Someone mentioned screws you can buy from Amazon that you can use with the Lemo 2 to better grip the nickel wires (if you're using the post holes, that's a big no no). Flavor problems otherwise are usually do to bad wicking. With the...

My guess is that you may have not locked the resistance right. Did you check with steam engine that your coil should be at .11 ohm?

The Lemo 2 relies on the pin in the AFC base being pushed into contact with the center pin of the build deck. Spring-loaded 510 connectors may not have the resistance necessary to make the connection a good one. To test if this is the issue, use a 510-Ego adapter. If it is an issue, it may be...

The Smok TCT coil is a parallel build, so that helps explain why it needs a lot more Joules.

I run my Smok TCT tank at 40J, but it also has a .15 ohm nickel coil and a lot of airflow. With rebuildables, one can get great performance with ultra-low ohm coils, so you often don't need a ton of power.

The Gem is a compact chamber, so the max coil I use is 28 gauge 2.5mm. I've done 26 gauge, but felt it was too limiting on airflow. Even with 28 gauge, I have no problem getting plenty of vape and lots of flavor. Otherwise, if large coils are a requirement, I'd probably suggest the Calix or...

4 ml with glass, 5ml with stainless. I leave about a 0.5ml air gap though. What are you looking for in a good atomizer?

Sorry if no one has responded to your post, but it comes across as if someone is looking to troll. However, assuming that is not the case, I'll say this: All of my tanks work great. A few people have had mfg issues, but from what I've seen Mark Bugs takes care of problems. However, they are...

Boxer Mod Dual 18650 Yihi 350J

My Gems work great and from what I've seen Mark Bugs stands behind their products. It's not the perfect atomizer for everything, but then nothing is. However, it does what it's supposed to do extremely well. For example, if someone wants to do 100% VG, they may have to modify it. However, for...

Not that I recall, though I never had much need to adjust the 510 screw. Only problem I've had with inconsistency was letting the build deck get too dirty, but the ultrasonic cleaned it up and the problem went away. Does the problem occur with the build deck ring? Or just with the tank?

I've been won over by the Holman scale. 100 degrees is when a Holman gets angry over the heat and 0 degrees is when he looks outside and says, "Screw it, just better to stay on the couch." :)
