I have a black plastic Boxer, it's still pretty much black. Durability is fine, thought it can be scratched or marred from rubbing. Maybe if you leave it out under the sun, that might lead to fading. -

Sounds more like issues with the Lemo 2 than the SXM to me. Someone mentioned screws you can buy from Amazon that you can use with the Lemo 2 to better grip the nickel wires (if you're using the post holes, that's a big no no). Flavor problems otherwise are usually do to bad wicking. With the... -

My guess is that you may have not locked the resistance right. Did you check with steam engine that your coil should be at .11 ohm? -

I run my Smok TCT tank at 40J, but it also has a .15 ohm nickel coil and a lot of airflow. With rebuildables, one can get great performance with ultra-low ohm coils, so you often don't need a ton of power. -

Not that I recall, though I never had much need to adjust the 510 screw. Only problem I've had with inconsistency was letting the build deck get too dirty, but the ultrasonic cleaned it up and the problem went away. Does the problem occur with the build deck ring? Or just with the tank? -
