I barely use my DNA 200 as well. I haven't been able to use escribe since upgrading to El Capitan, so I can't use any of the extended features right now. So in essence, it's a high-powered, extremely bulky DNA40 for me, given the lack of a user menu system on the chip. -

Depends on what one means by "China". Hong Kong is anti-vaping, but mainland China is pretty much an unregulated market. Never had a problem with my Boxer mods, other than mistakes I made with the DIY version. The Boxer is not an easy build, but people often think their DIY skills are better than they actually are. Myself included. ;) -

My first recommendation as always is to clean everything ultrasonically to remove any problem residue. Second, there is an o-ring that is inside the chamber housing that goes up against the side of the build deck. Check that it isn't missing or damaged. After that, I'd probably run some tests...
