    Well if your intent on starting then vaping is much better for you then smoking. But as KraKsX said, go 0nic or low nic. Keep plenty of water on hand. Vaping dehydrates. If you start to feel sick or get headaches stop vaping for bit and drink some water. There a good starter setup thread...

    Truly if you don't smoke stay away from e-cigs. It's not the "cool" thing to be doing. We use these as an alternative to smoking. A non-smoker really shouldn't pick up the habit. Remember we aren't trying to be mean or cruel. We are being real. Don't do it.

    Nicotine is a drug. If you don't already have the addiction why would want to start it? I was a smoker for 24 years and I wish I had never started. That is why I started vaping.

    This is mainly for those that quit smoking completely. Since I only ever had 1 ashtray which has always been on my computer desk, it has become container for used q-tips till I get up and throw them away.

    You don't need to go Provari to get good flavor. First off it has only been a month, repair of your taste buds takes time. For some it will be faster than others. Some say you get better flavor from dripping. You could try that.

    Looks like everything should be compatible. I would however go with maybe with an eGo twist or Vision Spinner for your battery. And make sure you have at least 2 batteries. Backups, backups, and more backups.

    I keep a lighter on me all the time even though I'm not using it. There are many reasons for doing so, none of which I will go into at the moment.

    Lightly grab the tip if the cart that sticks up out of the top of the tank with your finger tips. This is the only place I found to grab if it needs be a little a tighter, which for me only happens once in a while.

    5 posts till you can post anywhere aside from New Members. And then after you get the 5 posts the servers need to reset themselves. approx 24 past the hour. They reset every hour.
