How hard is it to get a colored Hornet RBA?
Simply use one of the buffing wheels that comes with your Dremel tool. Coat it lightly with a fine abrasive, (I use fine valve lapping compound) and polish the inside of the cap for twenty-seconds or so. It will put an end to this common problem. Jack -

Now I know why you're all talking about alternative wick material.
Doubled over 2.2mm silica will easily pull through a coil wound around a toothpick. Pull it through the coil with a bent piece of wire. (3 and 3.5 tends to be too thick and will be too tight and distort your coil. (2mm silica also fits well.) Jack -
