Yes, you're right, it does fray but I wonder if that has something to do with its wicking ability? One end of the piece I have was frayed pretty badly so I snipped most of it off and when I cut a length for a wick it cut cleanly and didn't fray. Been vaping on this wick since yesterday evening... -
