    Yep, and since the ban is for the grounds, that means you can't even vape outside. Ridiculous if you ask me. Worzel, I think it looked a lot better for the hospitals when the smokers were tucked away in a back corner smoking than now having them all out by the main roads.

    I think building coils is a fine art that takes a lot of practice. I have built coils that test fine on a multi meter, but will not fire on an ego because it detects a short. I have killed several sets of batts this way.

    Everyone is right. You are not responsible for verifying that a smoker is still a smoker. Like Atty said, he could have told you he quit. I agree also that he was looking for a reason to smoke. I've done that a million and one times.
