    you may be able to get cartos from atmistique using paypal... and i just saw they have now put smok cartos on fasttech, but i believe they're dual coils, and probably won't be suitable for the bb. paypal doesn't like e cig stuff... but you can always get a pp debit card and use it like a credit...

    I'm good for about a week or so with a 50/50 mix, and i'm hovering around the 4.7-4-9 volts. I use either standard res Boges with the large holes, or the Ikenvape Platinum punch rev 2.
