    Yes. It has a mini and a micro usb I charged my android and an elph (not at the same time-we like to keep it peaceful...wouldn't want to start a race war). It charges a lot of stuff with that usb to multi output gimmick.

    I hardly ever go past 4, maybe as high as 4.5 volts. I use single coil 3 ohm cartos or vivi novas with 2.8 or 3.2 heads. If I want a warmer vape, I take it up to just over 5 v.

    I just got a few from madvapes and altsmoke that are really working well. I'm using standard res (3.0/3.2). I know they make cheap punches now, but I do like the pre punched ones, too. Hope this helps.
