    @DeloresRose that is strange, the blind pin shouldn’t sit flush at the bottom of the Bunker. I think you can gently remove the grey insulator & put on the blind pin.     I believe that the black ring that’s on the blind pin is the insulator. I unscrewed my C4 with the blind pin in to show you. I don’t have a Bunker but I do think the black ring around your blind pin is the insulator.
