    Has anyone been able to use these types of batteries in the Pico? Sony VTC4 30A 2100mAh. LG HE4 2500 mAh. This one has a Flat positive end. All the 18650 batteries I have are the regular button top on the positive post. Will the flat top ones work just the same?

    Yea, with the jb weld depending on the type you get, its more of a putty consistency, I would mix a little and then roll it out on a clean flat table like play-dough and use your fingers to roll it into a thin strand and then work that into the screw holes and then put screws in.     I was just going to recommend some epoxy. Either some regular epoxy or some jb weld. But I would fill the screw holes about half way with a syringe and taper tip. Then screw the screws in.     You might look into a cheap Tap and die set. Then if you have some extra screws you could just drill it out to the diameter of the threads and just tap it out with new threads.

    Okay I just had the thread gauge and Measured and for the Head I just used a T5 torx it fit but wasn't perfect. For the thread size, I got 32 TPI (Threads per inch) which fit like a glove. I am assuming then that the base plate screws might actually be standard and not metric. Can't say for sure...

    I like the smoked glass look. A million times better that it comes with a spare tank. I just run hot water over it to clean as to not mess with the coating.

    No, Lol just being sarcastic. I Can't wait to try some DIY flavors in the Merlin tank. Any specific mix that works well in it. I know some tanks are not good with 100%vg mix and will not wick well. I was thinking I would aim for maybe a 50/50 Pg/vg or maybe a 60/40 Pg/VG.
