    I've noticed since I started using my DNA75, My battery life seems to last slightly longer than the Pico. Not sure why that is. Before I was changing the battery almost twice a day. Now I seem to only change it once a night.

    A new copy of windows 7 will work fine. Been working on computers most of my life. Just get new windows 7 and do a clean install. (will delete everything on computer so backup your files.) When you insert the disc and boot to it, installation is pretty straight forward.

    I might try a microscopic amount of lithium grease if I feel it needs it. Have you tried a pair of vise grips on the little flat part on the cap and try tapping the bottom of the cap while twisting it with like the handle of a screwdriver. Worth a shot if nothing else is working.

    Ordered a new VT75 DNA75 Mod on Friday as part of an online Black Friday deal. It shipped with free shipping over the weekend, and I got it on Monday. I upgraded from a Pico75. Can't wait to start customizing it and messing with Escribe software.

    Got my new VT75 DNA75 mod today. It feels nice and well built. Only thing is the learning curve for figuring out all the buttons and navigation. Took me like 5 minutes to figure out which way the battery goes in, and another 10 to get it into stainless steel tc mode.
