    I mixed WF Hazelnuts and Cream and VTA Lemon Meringue Tart at 6% and SSA Apple Strudel at 3%. Also, when I checked these mixing percentages, I noticed that I added 1% of FLV Cream to both the strudel and the boysenberry/raspberry, so I misled you when I said I had mixed them as single flavors.

    I don't have a decent stand mixer, so I'd be kneading by hand. I'll probably follow the method I use for the no-knead bread that I make regularly and allow the dough to rise at room temperature overnight and then bung it in the fridge for three days.
