The cap will stay on tight if you rinse it well each time before putting the cap on. Try not to take off the cap or else juice will run down on to the orings. -

If you oxidize the wick well and have no frays you should be fine without the insulator. You will see any frays when burning with torch. They will glow before the rest of the wick. I use a 30mm piece of 500 mesh and roll a hollow wick with paperclip. Then roll it until it fits loosely, not... -

Another sanded Z-Atty-Pro collar/skirt. It looks so much better on satin black! Only took a minute or two with some 220 grit sandpaper. Matched up pretty well so I did not polish it. :D Thanks jsl1ce!- Nuuze

If you are already getting a Provari mini I would get the AGA-T. Then get a Z-Atty-Pro once you know you like rebuilding. Also check out the iHybrid from Faceless. :)- Nuuze

I seem to get more consistency with my Vivi Novas rolling my own coils. I've been using mesh on some of them as well without any problems. Anyway, here's a pic of a mini on a twist.- Nuuze
