My doctor was approving of my switch. Then he used me as a guinea pig by regularly giving me tests. Results were good.
I moved across country and just haven't tried to continue the regular medical tests.

I had a tank just for wake-up vaping. It was a step higher in nic content. I also made time for morning coffee & vaping. Just a relaxing moment.
I also had a tank for tv watching. Since I vaped a bit more, there was a step down in nic content. Usually a dessert flavor for evening relaxing.

Not sure why I did so much. I made six juices at 500ml each. I finally, after about three years, got my 43 recipes to the best that I want and then cut that down to my six favorites.
I am probably good for a couple of years. :)
Top airflow seems to work for me. I don't think I have had a leaker...6+ months. I walk around with it in my pants pocket and when I sit, I put it in my shirt pocket. It gets jostled a good bit, but not upside down.

I used to read the diy threads, but there are to many chefs. I am just a cook. I tried a good number and experimented, but I have 6-8 that have stuck with me.
