    Joyetech Evic VT 60 Watt

I think so, personally I am using DNA200 devices now and will move to that exclusively, but the evic is a solid performer and is my wife's daily vape rig. The price to performance to battery life ratio is about the best out there right now and it is the mod I recommend to new vapers.

    DNA 200 Watt

As Tom pointed out, the hardware will not change. The firmware is rapidly changing. The rate of "bad chip" or as evole called it "infant mortality" isn't bad, but there are some vendor install methods that seem to be causing issues (Hana pinching the screen ribbon, Opus using metal nuts to...

    Temp control over a .1?

Some chips come out of TC mod when the resistance is seen to be above a certain point. We are to a point that high resistance TC builds can have a similar resistance to low resistance non TC builds and a mod that relies on resistance ranges to make that call is going to have problems. The new...

I am no expert...Mike can elaborate, I just consider it really good electrical tape. It sticks well and is cheapish and takes heat better than your average tape.

I don't know...never watched it. I keep two mods and four atomizers handy during the day and just plug the daily drivers in at night. Ok, I watched it once after playing with the charging screen.

Glad you are vaping on your 200. It is a chunky box, but at least we had some enclosures close to the chip release. Mine has grown on me... Now that we have a chip in-hand, it may be time for a more refined approach. I do need to add a metal band on the bottom of mine as it is not holding up...

I recommend posting an image of the solder job on the -+ and balance taps. Something is off. Did you put on plugs? It may sound crude...but wiggle till you find it.

I did it this way.... Basically I put tape on the back side of the screen, positioned it, then smoothed it out with a tool of sorts, then laid the board in. Evolv has since stated that they have used tape to pull the ribbon cable down so it stays out of the way of the fire button.

2mm is the target size, if you got one of the long sets, sand down to 2mm.

Can you post an image of your balance charger connection? The battery end and the connection to the chip. It cold be that the balance charger is backwards. Or, that your pack is a dud. Do you have another to try?

    DNA 200 Watt

It would make the mod hard to service outside of the integrator. The daughter board is not available to purchase, opposed to the DNA200.

You are the one with the print...curious how it goes. It doesn't look too big.

I am more interested in seeing how the screen ribbon was extended. 1 amp charging is plenty for me...have plenty of mods so charge time is moot. I understand that some folks will have only one and a fast charge is a good thing. Not putting it down.

Based on the few images I have seen from ECC, it looks like a 900.

That one is a snap lock...but the male/female part could be swapped. The cover has the male portion as it is too thin for the female snap side, but it could be thickened. Most of the recent printing, both ABS and commercial has been getting the radius of the snap closer down to the smallest...

I never envisioned someone popping it on and off...sort of a one time thing. Yea...I would have tested it too, but once wired and working it is in to stay (there should be no juice in that side requiring maintenance). I have been working on going without hardware for the enclosure...TruckerMSA...

Thanks. The bottle side is made to come off easy, but not util you want it to. The chip side should be REALLY hard to get off. And most mods seem small to me, I don't clap at events for fear of leaving the ground.
