    Be forewarned that the USB port may need to be sanded/filed .5mm...some fit, some don't based on the print. I am making the opening bigger to allow for slop, but the round you and I are getting will likely need a small bit of hand work...

    For my battery terminal issue, I have taken paper and folded it to put under the flexible metal terminals to eliminate the play/flex until I can replace them. One suggestions: Write Hana an email and ask for the parts....you should be able to put them in.

    I have the same mod and the same issues. I am going to replace the 510 with the new VT 510 with the stiffer spring and the terminals with some off the shelf ones. Given your location, I don't know where to send you for help. Have you searched for vape shops or peers in Lebanon?

    "After her" comes to mind...but yea, I always machine/mill/test assemble/disassemble/finish wood and buff metal/reassemble.
