    How much thinner should the rails be? I am waiting on the shapeways print and I wanted enough on there so that it could be sanded to fit, vs sloppy. I can probably make you an STL of a taller unit if you tell me how much in a PM.

    You would need at least 3mm on the top and bottom for the shell/case. You are right that the 510 has to move...the only way to lower it is to grow a bulge or similar to move the 510 forward. This is the H 900 with VT 51 and DNA200, with the 510 at the edge of a 3mm case wall:

    It appears that they can set cutoff charge points as they easily added the drop down menu item for 4.1v. I suspect it can be done.     It appears that drivers are required (I had to install them in my virtual system), so a chromebook will not be able to do it through wine alone. As far as I can tell you need a windows computer or a Mac/Linux computer capable of running virtualization.

    I just used VirtualBox on my mac to update the firmware on my chip...Linux should be identical.
