    Cut your openings from the inside. The curve of the cutting wheel will let you have a finished look on the outside. Also, cut 1/16 or 1mm from the desired finish line and file from there.

    Ouch. I often put mine in the pocket of my suit coat, then forget it is there and it flies out when I swing the coat around to put in my other arm. Carpet saves the day. There should be plenty of 40 chips in the classified if the 200 is a success.
