I'm thinking it's possible, based on the things you say, that it's assumed flavour is in some way important. And maybe some people might not agree with that, or more likely will have high expectations then feel short changed after realizing the reality of it. And the more throat hit the better...
I realize there is a difference between the description i just didn't realize they were official categories. Saying i didn't know the difference between the description makes me look stupid, and i'm not stupid, ever..................so !.
I dunno but you did (why are you asking me anyway, don't you even know what you wrote. :)). But your attitude is that MTLers are doing it wrong because they should be DTLing.
You said something along the lines about high power vaping isn't about heat but basically about how cool the coil is kept.
Same as saying a cars engine doesn't get hot it just isn't cool. It's daft !. And haven't you heard of the metaphore "a glass half full ? or a glass half empty ?. Such as...
I used dual coil sub ohm rta's for months around 25 watts. It's just too much like hard work. like preparing my lungs to inflate a lilo. MTL is simple and a lot less effort. Any higher and i risk heart burn. The vapes alright but isn't worth the effort compared to a nice relaxed MTL vape.
Alright, so lets say this is true.
What is it exactly about low wattage MTL vaping that you personally don't like. I mean for you personally as a vaper. Don't/didn't you get any satisfaction from MTL vaping?.
I dunno, i don't miss all the sales hype about how x amount of e liquid is equal to x amount of cigarettes so give me £10 for this 10ml of e liquid. One of the first things to be banned i think.
And now, post regulations, 10ml costs £1. And all of our vape shops still exist.
Yes, confusing may now be the operative word !.
And it's probably talk like this that repells the new users as you so quite rightly pointed out earlier.
So you see now YOU sound like one of those "Apostles".
I mean forget about the variables of low or high wattage. There are a multitude of social barriers to overcome. These inhibitions are kind of hard, if not impossible, to shake off.
I think it's very difficult to find that niche that they can comfortably fit into. Combine that with social stigma or peer pressure which leads to an unwillingness to even find out, then they soon give up and say vaping is for idiots........to their friends. Which is what their friends wanted...
As i said in my earlier post. Do new users expect a sublime satisfaction from vaping as they did/do from smoking. Are they aware of "throat hit" from nicotine or the hit from higher wattage which is unrelated to nicotine. Do they even know what it is that they want !. I don't think that they do.
A lot of vapers who vape at higher wattage do it MTL and they still have a hot vapour which is what they want because of the "hit" they get from it, rather from any nicotine content.
I understand you admire his passion in general.
But what about the subject he's talking about. Don't you have an opinion about that?. Isn't that more pertinent.
Oh Hitler did some terrible things but didn't you notice how passionate he was, you've got to admire that.
Seems it's ok to do...
So the experience from these low wattage apostles in your opinion is that they are quite simply making it up then !. I'm a real vaper and i vape low at wattage. It's a fact.
I HONESTLY have no idea who you are referring to dripster.
Yeahhh take a chill pill, chillax dude.
For me i can't stand the heat from high powered vaping. And the Harsh so called hit from that is just rough.
I prefer the simulated version of that from nicotine. And flavour isn't important either. Doesn't take much more than a mil for the flavour to...
I do sometimes wonder what new a vaper expects from vaping. Do they think that vaping nicotine will offer sublime satisfaction like smoking does !. Are they aware of a thing called a "throat hit" !. Do they know that higher temperature vaping provides a different kind of throat hit unrelated to...
