I don't age my blends for very long either, usually once I mix it up I can't stay out of it, but they do improve for the better as I work through the bottle. I have a few that I'm trying to age a little, but if I ever get into it doesn't last too long. lol!

The first couple extracts I did when I started, were room temp maceration's and they turned out great, but when I started doing heat assisted I liked they way they turned out, better. They seemed to have a little more flavor and a little more robust. They really don't seemed cooked. I like some...

Added to wish list. Thanks Exchanger. Wonder if this thing could be broken into a small crumb and added to the leaf being extracted. Just a thought.

I guess you could extract wood for a flavor? Would you just whittle it into shavings and proceed like tobacco? I have considered roasting (not quite to the point of burning them), Hickory flakes to add to a tobacco extract. Nothing like building a fire in the fireplace with Hickory and then...

I wonder if it's just a seasonal thing or if it's just made in limited supply and gets scooped up quick. I'd love to get my hands on the G,W Black Irish X and a couple others, too.

    Tobacco extraction using heated Ethanol

I see this becoming essential equipment. Any recommendations on full kits? I've seen them on the cheap but just afraid that's what you'd get.....cheap! That coming from some of the reviews on them.

    Extended Cold Maceration ?

If you got off a pretty clean/clear extract after filtering, I'd pull off some and mix it up for aging and a test run. Should be OK. How did it look after filtering?

    Extended Cold Maceration ?

Not familiar with those filters but if it's passing through that quick , I would say the rating is pretty high. I'm assuming a 100% pg extract? The 2.5 Ahlstrom filters I'm using takes about 24 hours for a 100-120mlx100% pg of extract @ room temp. to pass through. The Thomas 1.5 filters take 30+...

While the general consensus is that NET's doesn't contain WTA (or very little) I have to say that there is something there, that's missing from nic only eliquid. I managed to quit smoking using nic only liquid but I never shook the itch that slowly but surely was dragging me back to smoking...
