    It tried that at first then I just ran the negative wire all the way over to the other negative post. The extra wire increased the ohms and its not getting enough power to heat that leg to red hot.

    I'm basically done with that. It's just missing the up and down buttons. Now I'm just looking at parts. I want to find some wires with connectors small enough to use. I've found some for the batteries but I'm still looking some to connect the buttons and the pins I want to put on the board...

    I got in my kanthal its making alot of difference. No more hot legs and no broken coils. Only con is I had to do about 7-8 wraps to get it high enough ohms to run on my vmax.

    Maybe try in the wanted forum under classifieds. Have you looked at any of the places that make box mods yet? Suppliers and modders/accessories suppliers forums have some vendors that make metal and wood box mods.

    I got my agi up and running turns out my coil was shorting on the wick so I did the rolling paper trick except with a tiny piece of napkin. You should offer preoxidized wicks or those little sleeves you put on the wicks so the coil doesn't touch the wick. I have no clue what I was doing wrong...

    I'll have to order some more wire my vmax keeps popping the coils. I had the same problem when I rewired my monster mesh. I was using some thin nicrome so I'll order some kanthal and try again. I know its not the mesh as I tried it in dripper mode with the silica wick and got the same...
