    Yep, the good old dry burn that some people just don't know about. I personally think dry burning is the best way to clean them. I know that it is quicker when you blow them out before hand. It's just something that I don't do when I dry burn my atties.

    Kind of funny, but I never tried it with 3v batteries. I know that they fit, but at the moment I don't know where a set is. I have used 2 x cr2s on a LR atty, but not on this device.

    +1 I have never heard of an atty blowing up in someones face. Really that can't happen in my eyes. Cause the wire inside would just melt away. There is nothing in there that could blow up.
