Jeff says take the cap off the bottom of the Chuck. Then blow into it, and it's vented! The yellow ones are rated to low for E-Cigs. You are over maxing them by about 3 times with a 510. Of course the max rating is lower than it really is, but a short caused by an atomizer as such. Could cause...- DaMulta

Maximum discharging rate:< 550 mA It does also state not too use them in high powered flashlights. Meaning that they can vent, and which they have before. Sucks that it vented in your face. Hope that you get well soon.- DaMulta

You should just tell them that it's a cheaper alternative to smoking, and that you feel better while using it. I liked smoking, and I really didn't want to quit. I don't tell people that I'm using it too quit. Unless you really plan on quitting vapping soon. Don't say that is what you are...- DaMulta

I think you can still strain the battery making the voltage drop without tripping the PCB safely. There is a limit on how hard you can stress them in the end tho. I video that showed what they were doing under-load with a meter would be better than comparing vapor. I don't know where my atty... -

No, those are not high discharge rate batteries. I sent out a message with a company to see if they will give the C rating for the batteries. -

I would just make sure it's kicking the charger off at 4.2v like it says at lighthound. Just keep checking the voltage(with a meter) the first few rounds when charging the battery. Glad that video helped show what that battery can do. -

I used different batteries Tenergy Lifep04 CR123a 3v stacked, Ultra Fire, Li-Po 18650 3.7, and the AW LiMN 18650 3.7v with the DBSB/SB.
