Home Dept and even Walmart have the starter potatoes...beyond that, I can't help as I've never grown them...;) Potatoes and rice got eliminated from my diet except for once in a while treats... Too many of those deadly carbs....:(- yiddleboge6

Willie, I didn't check Lowes or Home Depot...they probably have them. I do know Amazon has a bunch of them because I looked into the possibility of using some last year ...;) Amazon.com: potato grow bags- yiddleboge6

Yep...aging was a bonus...for awhile...;) As the close up vision started to deteriorate, distance vision improved so much that I had a few wonderful years where glasses weren't even required for driving. Sadly, it didn't last...- yiddleboge6

LOL...Had you been one of those condemned to 'glasses' at an early age, you might not have found them so appealing...;) Being very myopic/near-sighted, I started wearing them when I was 9...not great being made fun of... It's always been my contention that some of the 'Impressionist' artists...- yiddleboge6

I love avocados....sometimes just take a spoon to a half of one...;) A favorite sandwich is avocado slices/bacon/mayo on toast. My biggest gripe about those in my market here is that their buyer seems to be only buying them at a too ripe stage....all you can use them for is mashed up for dips.- yiddleboge6
