Who honestly prefers the vape from an un-kicked mech?
They will work just fine. I have a Holocron shortstop and I honestly don't even really use it with my Pannys. They never show signs of stress ... even when I went down to 0.4 ohms. Myvaporstore sells the Holocron shortstop for like $14-$15 ... (ecf5 coupon code brings it down to under $14). -

K100 Empire Clone Question
To clarify. The K100 has a standard 510 connection. Any ego device which uses the 510 threads will work. Anything needing ego threading (the threading on the outside of the 510) will need an adapter. People always confuse 510 and ego threading. 510 threading is on the inside ... ego... -

What are the top mechanical mods?
In a few months we will be seeing the first ever regulated/mechanical hybrids. Should be pretty interesting. If you want regulated you just keep the DNA20 module in ... if you want a pure mechanical ... you just take out the DNA module. Saweeeet! -
Mechanical mods and why?
Yes, the circuit is completed through the body. The switch makes contact with the bottom post which is is against the negative terminal of the battery, thus completing the circuit. -

Ecto-1 (a new all day vape)
What does it taste like to you? You could try my Ecto-C recipe and see if that is more like the flavor you are use to. Very similar but with the added orange flavor. Everyone is different so you may just not have the taste buds for this one. Can't imagine that you could have made a mistake...- tc1

K100 voltage output?
Voltage drop will depend on the atomizer used. I had a 0.4 voltage drop on a 0.6 ohm coil on one of my genesis. So on a fresh battery I was getting 3.8 volts which was over 20 watts.
