    The Sigelei Mini does have a USB charge port. it is on the bottom of the mod. What do you mean by swivel battery cover? The Sigelei Mini has a magnetic battery cover that opens on the side. It just lifts off, nothing swivels.

    I have a Sielei Mini 30 watt on the way to me right now. It has a replaceable battery. I got it from myvaporstore on sale for $36.95. Don't really know if it is decent or not because I don't have it yet but the reviews seem to say it is a pretty good device.

    focalecig has a 50 watt box mod in the usa warehouse for less than $50. It is my first regulated device so take my opinion with a grain of salt but I really like mine. I have not had a problem with it at all. I have had it for a little over a month.

    Like said as long as you build it with high enough ohms it will work on a istick or a Provari, however a Plume Veil is a dripping atty. Therefore it is exactly what you said you didn't want. Take your juice bottle drip a few drops. puff, puff. repeat process. There is no tank to hold any juice.
