    Regardless of what constitutes a pulse, that CDR is a good indication that if my switch gets stuck, my battery will be able to take the load until it's fully discharged. I feel more comfortable doing it that way, and I wouldn't recommend using the pulse rating.

    I'd have to have it in front of me to really accurately gauge it, but if you used 10 wraps per side at 3.0 or 3.5 mm you'd have lots of surface area to use. Should be around 0.5 ohms when dual coiled; don't quote me on that, that's just a guess. It'll be a bit difficult to bend unless you anneal...

    Are you comfortable with fancy pants coil builds? I could see some massive fused claptons or alien wire taking up all that space. Being able to go down all the way to .15 ohms makes those complicated builds much easier. Having lots o space for extra wraps doesn't hurt either.

    Ive tried it. Took more power than I was used to, but definitely worked well. Used 2 1.5mm coils, which was pretty darn close to the positive and negative but fit. Heated up the whole base pretty quickly lol.

    Welcome back! If you really wanta curb the leaks, why not try one of the new top airflow rda's? The sapor seems legit. My personal favorite is the derringer though; it's not top airflow, but it doesn't leak and is dead simple, plus it looks great on the smpl... especially in copper.

    Could be to tone down the spitback? Idk. I've never done it. Edit: just tried it. It let's the coils warm up a bit, but it's the same otherwise. Could be useful on a mech.
