    the problem here right now is prices are very high and rising most places are being up bid even looked at one recently that we missed out on and it went for 36k over asking and thats a low up bid for here right now. in 4 years my place has risen by about 100k

    we did a rough figuring on how much to fix it up and well it was a lot and a lot of sweat equity but it was going to be my retirement home Another one will come up hopefully I can catch it as our bubble breaks if it ever does we are looking at about 100k made off this in 4 years so far

    Depends on abuse. I've had sever fall apart at the base and stripped the 510 threads off a couple more. They aren't indestructible but if looked after should last many years.

    Take the Delron insert out. If you still have the lock on your button twist it until it will come out. Then unscrew your nipple and take fire pin out and replace it all.

    I'm not 100% certain but I think the arty the rm2 is made from wasn't a bottom feed. I forget the name I'm sure someone will pipe up tho.

    Yes it's good stuff IMO. Dropped Reo the other day it landed so hard the firing pin broke. Had to slide it further in inside the rubber coating to make it through the rest of the day. Sadly only have the old style ones here so have to order a few new ones.

    Well no but I do work on the roads so it's a regular occurrence. I did have one run over and spat out by a car found it hours later in the ditch. Cleaned it up filed out the door slides and vaped away.
