    By the description it takes 2 18350 IMR batteries, So it does put out at least 7.4 volts unlike the 1 cell that uses an amplifer,potentiameter,etc.. to make voltage go up or down. Can the voltage be adjusted to 3.7-4.1 volt or was it designed for dual atomizers?
