Nicotine without all the other additives in cigarettes is not addictive.
There isn't a single study that shows it to be addictive as PH,TC and the FDA have all been claiming. This claim was based on a self experiment done before 1856 I think...
I have to wonder why it is such a "big deal" for many of you to lower your nic intake?
That wasn't a big part of the equation for many of us when I started so I wonder why it is now?
