    I've yet to see any juice come to me "cloudy" with or without flavoring. What I have is unflavored so I guess the "flavor theory" is out for me. Not saying it couldn't happen but I've yet to see an apple flavor { or any flavors mixed } that have been cloudy either. C.B.

    I have never waited 15 minutes for a CE4 or 6 to take that long to wick but it is likely a burnt coil. If you filled it with jooz and the wicks are wet you should be producing vapor. Try a new CE4. I do hope it'll work for you. Good luck in your vaping journey! C.B.
