    My droid turbo charger can supply like 12v at 1.2 amps, not something I would hook an old school ego batt up to. Probably safe for newer devices, but the owners manual of my old vision spinners say no more than 500ma so read the manual I guess?

    MTL Box Mod + Tank Setup?

    I bought a Segelei Spark 90 watt for $30 not too long ago, no idea what UK prices would be but it's a solid mod. I am not an mtl vapor, nor ex mtl smoker, so no help on a tank, but hear good things about the Nautilus and Crown.

    The two of you likely don't vape exactly the same, coils could be slightly different enough to cause issues, hell he could have taken a couple primer puffs on accident not knowing it was a 5 click turn on, then told you before you did the same. Try a new on, fill it, prime it, sit it and enjoy.

    Regulated mods don't care what ohms your coils are, unlike mechs, regs just push the watts you set. So you are safe as long as your batteries are authentic, in good shape and married. I like my .2 ohm builds around 50W.
